Empire among other empires in the world. Has there been any empire in the world whose goals and ideals have been grounded in universal peace rejecting violence and inviting other nations to form part of such an idyllic holy empire? The English empire wasn't such an empire. But neither the Roman, the Spanish, the Russian, the Japanese, the Muslim, etc. The British empire abolished slavery in 1805, meanwhile the Spanish empire put an end to it in 1886. Who is the first to throw the first rock?
